Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Cork (Kinsale Road or Bantry with the ability to travel to both locations)
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join a rapidly expanding organisation in the seafood industry. This role offers the chance to shape and implement HR strategy in alignment with ambitious business growth, contributing directly to organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Interim Head of HR to design and execute a new HR strategy for a fast-growing business.
- Align HR initiatives with business goals, managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, engagement, employee relations, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
- Partner with senior leadership on organisation design, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Lead the implementation and management of a new HRIS system.
- Provide direction and support to a HR Generalist and oversee HR-related functions such as payroll, training, and health & safety.
- Drive employee engagement and promote a high-performance culture in a dynamic operational environment.
Candidate Profile:
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
