Financial Accountant Part Qualified or Recently Qualified

Financial Accountant (part qualified / newly qualified) required for Galway city centre based company. Hybrid.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Manage fixed asset register
  • Assist with month end reporting
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Compile information requested from external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Ad-hoc administrative / office duties

Requirements:

  • Part qualified / newly qualified Accountant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
