Executive Assistant required with 7 plus years experience providing executive senior administration support to Directors in a large company environment. Galway city.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years plus experience as an Executive Assistant at Director / C-Suite level.
  • Degree qualified or professional qualification.
  • Experience of team working, including in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of dealing with confidential matters and exercising discretion and good judgment while working with sensitive and confidential documentation.
  • Proven event management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good with numbers and arithmetic.
  • Understanding of company governance structures.
  • Proven IT skills. Evidence of use of and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Project management skills, including the timely delivery of tasks and projects.
