We are excited to announce multiple openings for motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our clients onsite call centre team in Carlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation at an early stage and build a rewarding career in the travel insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with travel insurance policies, queries, and general support
- Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Provide clear and compliant information in line with company and regulatory guidelines
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a high standard of service
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to work onsite in Carlow, including weekends when required
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a structured environment
