Mechanical & Plumbing Site Supervisor

Our client, a leading mechanical contractor operating across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Site Supervisor to join their project delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale industrial and commercial projects, taking full responsibility for on-site mechanical operations.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead mechanical site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate on-site mechanical teams, including direct labour and subcontractors
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site activities in line with project programmes
  • Control site resources, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to project management
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements
  • Oversee quality control and ensure works meet Irish building regulations and contract specifications
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders as required


Requirements:

  • Strong background in M&E Construction.
  • Experience delivering large-scale industrial or commercial projects in Ireland
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Site Manager / Construction Manager role
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines
