Cleanroom Operative | Citywest

Production Operator -Cleanroom – Dublin (Citywest)– Shift-Based

We are recruiting Cleanroom Operators to join a medical device and life sciences manufacturing site in Dublin. This is a hands-on production role within a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment, offering full training and long-term opportunities. Initially, an 11-month contract with a view to a permanent role.


Key Responsibilities of Cleanroom Technician:

  • Follow cleanroom entry, exit, and gowning procedures
  • Assemble and pack medical device products in line with SOPs and GMP
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Carry out product and component inspections
  • Perform daily and weekly cleanroom cleaning tasks
  • Report quality issues to supervisors and the quality team
  • Support inventory and production activities as required

Requirements for Cleanroom Technician:

  • Previous cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working to GMP and quality standards
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
  • Good level of spoken and written English

Shift pattern:

  • 07:00 – 15:00 and 15.00 – 23:00 (rotating shifts)
  • 15% shift premium applies

What’s on offer:

  • €15 per hour for the first 6 months, with a salary review upon successful completion of probation
  • Progression onto pay scale levels 1–5 following probation
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Pension scheme: Employee 4% contribution with 6% employer match
  • Full training provided
  • One-stage onsite interview, followed by reference checks and a medical
