Warehouse General Operative – Dublin (Citywest)– Shift-Based

My client, a well-established organisation operating within the Life Sciences manufacturing sector, is currently seeking to recruit Warehouse General Operatives to join their warehouse team in Dublin. The successful Warehouse General Operative will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse as part of a collaborative team
  • Adhering to company principles of conduct, action, and core values
  • Complying fully with EHS, Quality, and GMP standards at all times
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and in line with GMP requirements
  • Performing daily and weekly cleaning duties in accordance with current SOPs
  • Maintaining documentation control and contributing to SOP reviews and continuous improvement
  • Supporting inventory control and maintaining high housekeeping standards within the warehouse
  • Participating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining cycle count processes in line with internal requirements
  • Order picking, processing, and packaging of finished products for transportation
  • Assisting with other warehousing or production-related tasks as required
  • Ensuring internal customer requirements are understood and delivered
  • Contributing to quality improvements by reporting corrective actions and improvement ideas

The successful Warehouse General Operative will be:

  • Ideally experienced in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (full training will be provided)
  • Comfortable working in a regulated, quality-driven environment
  • Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Open to working shift patterns

Shift pattern:

  • 08:00 – 16:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 (rotating shifts)
  • 15% shift premium applies

What’s on offer:

  • €15 per hour for the first 6 months, with a salary review upon successful completion of probation
  • Progression onto pay scale levels 1–5 following probation
  • 22 days annual leave
  • Pension scheme: Employee 4% contribution with 6% employer match
  • Full training provided – no forklift or prior certification required
  • One-stage onsite interview, followed by reference checks and a medical
