Buyer/Department Manager – Womenswear I Full-Time | Permanent | Galway

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Buying of Womenswear
- Assist in the management of the Womenswear Department including its day-to-day operations.
- Oversee merchandising of the department including in-store displays in conjunction with the store manager.
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Providing exceptional sales service to the customer
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Buying Ladies Fashion and Management
- Strong background in fashion development and sourcing, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into commercial, on-brand products.
- Proven track record of effectively assisting in the delivery of successful fashion ranges and achieving sales targets
- Excellent product Knowledge of womenswear
- A commercial mindset, balances with creativity and a passion for fashion
- Keen eye for detail with a commercial aptitude
- Proficiency with MS Office and relevant retail systems
- Travel is part of the role
