We are partnering with Arrotek Medical to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers via market research, email prospecting and cold calling
- Qualifying opportunities that lead to quality discovery calls
- Presenting Arrotek's offering and making potential customers interested in their services
- Working with Senior Sales Leads on consultative sales processes from generating leads to closing deals
- Working with marketing to target relevant networking events and book meetings
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories
- Meeting with new customers during visits both on-site and off-site (some travel across Europe would be expected)
- Ensuring their CRM Hubspot is up to date with all sales activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferable.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar sales role would be preferrable.
- High energy and a can-do proactive attitude.
- Demonstrate great active listening skills and confidence.
- Excellent communication skills with superb networking abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, research and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of IT systems like Microsoft Office, CRMs and Data Management tools
- High level of teamwork and engagement, while at the same time being able to work on their own initiative.
