Administrator required on a part time basis (20-25 hours) for a company in Sligo.


Responsible for overall administration with duties as follows:


  • Processing credit card payments
  • Lodging cash in bank / post office 
  • Processing ad hoc payments
  • Compiling and tracking information in Excel / Databases
  • Generation of sales invoices 
  • Tracking status of sales and purchase invoices 
  • Follow-up on outstanding debtor payments via e-mail
  • Submitting information to agencies / government bodies
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks
