Administrator required on a part time basis (20-25 hours) for a company in Sligo.
Responsible for overall administration with duties as follows:
- Processing credit card payments
- Lodging cash in bank / post office
- Processing ad hoc payments
- Compiling and tracking information in Excel / Databases
- Generation of sales invoices
- Tracking status of sales and purchase invoices
- Follow-up on outstanding debtor payments via e-mail
- Submitting information to agencies / government bodies
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
