Clinical Research Administration Assistant required for Galway city medical devices company. The Clinical Research Administration Assistant will supports all pre-clinical and clinical activities, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver studies effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in Clinical Research and wants to gain work experience in this field.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle general admin tasks (printing, ordering, compiling documents)
- Help prepare pre-clinical and clinical documents
- Support maintenance of quality management records
- Coordinate pre-clinical activities
- Order pre-clinical consumables and equipment
- Assist with verification & validation studies
- Keep inventory logs for clinical investigation products
- Maintain commercial data logs
- Ensure clinical documentation supplies (e.g., worksheets) are stocked
- Assist with database searches like MAUDE and literature reviews
Requirements:
- Third-level diploma or degree
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Experience in general office admin/assistant roles
- Skilled in office software tools
- Medical device industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of regulated industries desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Works well in a small team
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently
