Accounts Assistant

Our client is seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Mayo on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant:

  • Accounts preparation to partner review stage.
  • Reconciliation of all balance sheet control accounts and
  • Value Added Tax Preparation.

Ideal background:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ Experience working in an accountancy practice is essential.
  • Part Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician qualification is an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Sage Accounts Production and Thesaurus Payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
