Financial Reporting Associate Manager

Associate Manager, Financial Reporting is required to support the finance team. 

Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

Qualified or Part-qualified accountant with some exposure to financial services or experience in fund administration.

Hybrid 2 – 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and investment returns for funds and separate accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity and quarterly reporting
  • Support with Fund cash / liquidity management and payment of vendors.
  • Collaborate with the funds’ auditors to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
  • Proactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives, e.g. share issuance notices.
  • Reporting dividends to limited partnerships.
  • Provide support for VAT and other tax returns.
  • Build working relationship with external Fund Administration.
  • Join a global operations team by working with staff located in various locations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of accounting, fund administration, tax or operations experience in financial services.
  • Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.
  • Previous exposure with Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plus
  • Qualified or part qualified accountant with some exposure to financial services or experience in fund administration 
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail is essential.
  • High-energy person who brings positivity, geniality and optimism to work.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving experience a must.
  • Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.
