Associate Manager, Financial Reporting required to support the finance team. Letterkenny Co. Donegal. Part qualified accountant with some exposure to financial services or experience in fund administration
Hybrid 2 – 3 days in office.
- Prepare financial statements and investment returns for funds and separate accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity and quarterly reporting
- Support with Fund cash / liquidity management and payment of vendors.
- Collaborate with the funds’ auditors to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
- Proactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives, e.g. share issuance notices.
- Reporting dividends to limited partnerships.
- Provide support for VAT and other tax returns.
- Build working relationship with external Fund Administration.
- Join a global operations team by working with staff located in various locations
Requirements:
- Experience of accounting, fund administration, tax or operations experience in financial services.
- Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.
- Previous exposure with Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plus
- Part qualified accountant with some exposure to financial services or experience in fund administration
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail is essential.
- High-energy person who brings positivity, geniality and optimism to work.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving experience a must.
- Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.
