We are seeking a Third Party Risk Management Specialist to lead our clients centralised vendor risk management processes, ensuring compliance, governance, and effective oversight of third-party relationships. This role is key in strengthening operational resilience and supporting business continuity through robust vendor risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor onboarding and ongoing risk assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate due diligence across stakeholders (including IT Security, Privacy, Legal, and Contract Owners).
  • Support Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), outsourcing, and operational resiliency requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive vendor inventory and monitor risk ratings using centralised systems.
  • Ensure performance monitoring of suppliers is conducted in line with risk tier and contractual obligations.
  • Escalate non-conformance, discrepancies, or risks to appropriate governance forums.
  • Coordinate vendor offboarding activities, ensuring compliance and closure of obligations.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for Contract Owners on third-party risk responsibilities.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews relating to third-party management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Leaving Certificate and Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business areas.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
