You will drive service line growth by aligning technical solutions with customer needs. You'll collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver tailored, value-driven proposals that strengthen customer relationships and boost business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute service sales activities to exceed targets
- Collaborate with aftermarket teams to ensure top-tier after-sales support
- Analyze market trends and pricing to inform strategy
- Develop and present customer-specific service proposals using internal tools
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer engagement and quotations
- Work cross-functionally to support service delivery and customer retention
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the compressor or related industrial sector
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Data-driven with the ability to develop structured sales plans
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- Ability to work independently within a remote setup
