An exciting opportunity for an Energy Engineer to join a multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in infrastructure, energy, and environmental services. With offices across Ireland, this Cork-based position offers the successful candidate a key role in supporting the continued growth of our Energy and Planning division, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role provides the opportunity to work across a wide range of activities within the Energy and Planning sector, including project management, environmental assessments and preliminary design for renewable energy developments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets set with the client.
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of CAD design documentation, collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Engineering Technicians.
- Participate in on-site meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to internal Quality Assurance and Management Systems.
- Ensure activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the project team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Role Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience.
- Chartered Engineer status is an advantage.
- Experience in managing the preliminary civil design of renewable energy projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Highly motivated professional with strong energy and drive.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical abilities.
