Our client is looking for a results-driven Service Manager to lead and develop its Service Teams. You’ll be responsible for service delivery, performance, process improvement & ensuring customers receive best-in-class support. You’ll work closely with the Technical Lead to uphold quality and compliance, while also fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Service Team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

  • Drive service delivery improvements and ensure targets are met

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored support

  • Oversee recruitment, performance, training, and retention of service staff

  • Analyse data to make informed, strategic decisions

  • Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and improve outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • Qualification in business or a related field

  • Proven experience leading a service-focused team or business

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills

  • Confident using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
