Our client is looking for a results-driven Service Manager to lead and develop its Service Teams. You’ll be responsible for service delivery, performance, process improvement & ensuring customers receive best-in-class support. You’ll work closely with the Technical Lead to uphold quality and compliance, while also fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Service Team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Drive service delivery improvements and ensure targets are met
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored support
Oversee recruitment, performance, training, and retention of service staff
Analyse data to make informed, strategic decisions
Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and improve outcomes
What You’ll Need
Qualification in business or a related field
Proven experience leading a service-focused team or business
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills
Confident using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
