Senior Process Engineer – Longford
Our Client is a global leader materials science and manufacturing company. They are currently expanding their current team to meet customer demand and are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. You’ll lead high-impact projects, drive process improvements, and mentor a team of skilled engineers to deliver real results in efficiency, quality, and output.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and execute process and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Champion quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate across maintenance, quality, and operations teams.
- Coach and develop your team, managing their projects and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment (medical device experience an advantage).
- Proven project leader with strong problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement skills.
- Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and a drive for change.
- Skilled in Lean tools and process optimization.
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects.
