Senior Audit Manager – Meath | Cavan | Dublin
Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking mid-sized accountancy firm with offices in Meath, Cavan, and Dublin, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role
As Audit Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the delivery of audit services across a diverse range of clients. You’ll play a key part in managing teams, reviewing work, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role offers scope for progression and the opportunity to develop alongside the firm’s ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance clients across various industries.
Oversee all phases of audit engagements, from planning through to completion.
Review audit files, financial statements, and reports to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
Supervise, coach, and support audit staff; provide regular feedback and encourage development.
Contribute to internal training sessions and support continuous improvement within the audit function.
Work closely with senior management on complex engagements and business development initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
5+ years’ experience in audit, with recent experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audit standards and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, growing firm.
