Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is keen to hire a Project Analyst to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. This role will support the quality operations strategic direction to deliver a best-in-class quality management system. The Project Analyst will work collaboratively with both global and local Teams throughout the duration of the project. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities of a Project Analyst (Full job description available on request):
- Supporting the project team to facilitate delivery of a Quality Assurance project by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success.
- Data Gathering- Gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating to establish a clear relationship between the Data.
- Data Analysis- Review consolidated data and perform gap analysis against Quality Documentation requirements to support project objective.
- Collaborating with Project Manager & Project Team to formulate a plan to address gaps identified
- Supporting the project team to coordinate project activities that involve local sites.
- Creation of presentations, reports, and project related topics to ensure effective communication to stakeholders.
Ideal background:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Science: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight.
- Experience in the use of quality documentation: Quality Legislation, Lab Specifications & SOPs.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for performing data analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in both a team setting and independently.
- Works well with minimal manager guidance while able to manage own time effectively.
