An exciting opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts & Inventory Coordinator to join our exclusive client, Glatt Ireland. Glatt Ireland is part of the Glatt Group, an internationally renowned pharmaceutical process technology provider, dealing with many of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the country. This role will be based in their Cork office on a Monday-Friday work week (hybrid is an option after probation).

Role Overview:

This is a full-time administration role primarily to take ownership of the Spare Parts business and a secondary role supporting business software platform initiatives including Teams/SharePoint integrations and other critical IT initiatives (70/30% estimated split role).

Role Responsibilities of the Spare Parts & Inventory Coordinator:

  • Liaise with the customer to establish spare parts required.

  • Set up the enquiry on the internal system.

  • Liaise with third-party suppliers for quotations of site works when required.

  • Liaise with Glatt Parent Factory for all queries related to supply of parts.

  • Generate the quotation details for the parts required using Sage system.

  • Generate the quotation details for the labour requirements of the engineering quotes.

  • Receipting of customer orders and creation of internal project codes to track all correspondence from the customer.

  • Involvement with the planning of the site engineers to complete the installation of the parts when required by the customer.

  • Tracking completion of the site works with field engineers.

  • Creation and processing of intercompany invoicing.

  • Support local business platform project initiatives primarily within the Microsoft suite ecosystem.

  • Lead the continuous improvement identification and tracking program for key business applications.

Role Requirements of the Spare Parts & Inventory Coordinator:

  • A technical background/qualification would be beneficial.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Previous database/systems experience would be beneficial.
