Planning Analyst | Fully Remote

My client, a global organisation known for its innovation and collaborative culture, is seeking a Planning Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in managing and optimising inventory build and transition processes across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data requirements to prepare and submit inventory build requests to other area leads.
  • Coordinate and follow up on inventory build requests with cross-regional and country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution.
  • Initiate and oversee the creation of inventory build orders while proactively tracking and monitoring order status to ensure fulfillment within required timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for presentation to leadership and senior management.
  • Support data analytics and reporting through internal tools and systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong system proficiency, including Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Combined experience in Supply Chain or related functions that enhance cross-departmental collaboration.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany operations.
