Our client, a multinational healthcare company based in South Dublin, is looking to hire an OTC Business Analyst to join its well established OTC team on a 12 month contract. This role is based onsite 4 days per week and 1 day working from home - once training has been completed.
As an OTC Business Analyst, you will manage and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including credit assessments, cash collections, and cash application activities. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and reporting standards. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across regions, support audits, ensure compliance with internal controls, and help drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will coach junior team members and maintain accurate reporting and KPIs to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee credit risk assessments and manage risk mitigation tools (e.g., credit insurance, letters of credit)
Lead cash collections and performance reviews across regions
Drive reporting, analytics, and forecasting (cash flow, bad debt reserves, KPIs)
Support month-end close activities and ensure standardization of reporting
Collaborate with senior leaders and commercial teams to align financial processes
Promote process automation and continuous improvement across OTC activities
Support internal and external audits and maintain strong compliance controls
Train and coach junior team members on operational tasks and best practices
Requirements:
They are looking for a finance professional with solid analytical skills, OTC process knowledge, and experience working in a global, dynamic environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle complex data and multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
1-2 years' experience in finance within a global organization ideally but not essential
Hands-on experience with SAP (including controlling structures) and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting techniques
AI experience (desirable but not required)
