  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee stock accuracy and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure materials are ready for every job.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a senior point of contact for homeowners and site managers, resolving any technical or logistical issues on-site.

 Role Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a management or supervisory role within the window, door, and/or construction industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, and glazing systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar technical software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding organisational abilities and a "tough but fair" approach to team management.
  • Logistics: Strong understanding of transport functions and site-based project management.
  • Physicality: This role involves active site visits and may require heavy lifting or manual support during peak times.
