We are partnering with a client in North Galway to support them as they hire an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the company’s strategic direction. This is a leadership position where you’ll play a key role in scaling the business, improving processes and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline daily production operations.
- Drive operational excellence through best practices and cost control.
- Collaborate on strategic planning and execution.
- Support international expansion opportunities.
- Lead product development initiatives.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Oversee inventory and production planning.
- Implement systems to support scalability (e.g. CRM tools).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in business, operations, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
