This is an exceptional opportunity for a Maintenance Team Lead to join a dynamic, high-performing team. You’ll oversee critical shift operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a skilled team of operators, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimising production downtime across shifts
Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements
Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to optimise equipment performance and system efficiency
Manage and coach shift teams to meet key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
Identify team development needs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability
Oversee training compliance to meet ISO standards and evolving operational demands
Ensure adherence to 6S standards, promoting a safe, efficient, and clean working environment
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, problem-solving, and operational excellence
Key Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systems
Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern
This role follows a continental 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM), rotating between:
Week 1 & 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 & 4: Wednesday, Thursday
