Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to designated business units, working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers.
- Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Support the delivery of progressive employee engagement, people management, and organisational culture initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR services.
- Handle HR queries, reporting, and policy advice.
- Lead and support HR projects in areas such as wellbeing, employee communication, and development.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
- Drive execution of the people strategy in line with organisational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Broad exposure across all areas of HR, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievances & disciplinary, recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
- Experience in mobility (employee secondments, international transfers, work permits, visas) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships.
