Are you an ambitious HR professional looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven HR Generalist to join our clients dynamic and progressive HR team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full spectrum of HR activities while supporting a diverse and collaborative workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to designated business units, working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers.
  • Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of progressive employee engagement, people management, and organisational culture initiatives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR services.
  • Handle HR queries, reporting, and policy advice.
  • Lead and support HR projects in areas such as wellbeing, employee communication, and development.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
  • Drive execution of the people strategy in line with organisational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Broad exposure across all areas of HR, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievances & disciplinary, recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Experience in mobility (employee secondments, international transfers, work permits, visas) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships.
