Job Description: Graduate Site Engineer
An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Site Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking infrastructure team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual seeking to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction management. The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting project delivery through site supervision, technical support, and administrative duties across multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site visits to monitor asphalt and civils crews
Develop and maintain site progress reports
Assist with ordering and managing site materials
Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental standards and procedures are adhered to
Utilise GPS technology for setting out, measurement, and as-built records
Track and monitor site costs and expenditures
Coordinate applications for road opening licenses
Assist in the development and implementation of traffic management plans
Prepare documentation required for new project setups
Update and maintain contract safety files and compliance records
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience using GPS for site-related tasks
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Full, clean driving license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
