We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join a growing financial services business. This is a unique role with a dual reporting line, supporting both financial planning and taxation, allowing you to gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration, with a particular focus on managing life and pensions documentation and supporting cross-functional teams.
Permanent contract: Dublin 15 – Hybrid (remote-first, minimum 1 day per week in office)
Monday to Friday 9-17.30
Key Responsibilities of Financial Services Administrator:
- Process new life and pension applications and manage existing accounts.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email on application progress.
- Ensure pension contributions are processed accurately and aligned with payroll deadlines.
- Manage compliance requirements on new business cases and maintain proper documentation.
- Keep member records up to date at all times.
- Support wider teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and operational efficiency.
Ideal Financial Services Administrator experience:
- 3+ years’ administrative experience, ideally in financial services; life and pensions knowledge a plus, but not essential.
- Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, accountable, and adaptable — able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
