Our client, a growing professional services firm is seeking a strategic Finance Director / CFO to join their Executive Leadership Team. This role will lead the finance function, driving financial strategy, planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management, while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.
It is a full time permanent role, based in Dublin 12. It is a hybrid role, 3 days on site 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement three-year financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and currency risk.
- Lead audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting across all jurisdictions.
- Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, and management reporting frameworks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic projects.
- Implement cost control, internal controls, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with degree or master’s in business/finance.
- 5+ years proven experience as Finance Director / CFO, ideally in professional services or IT.
- Strong knowledge of finance systems, Excel, BI tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, think strategically, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
