Our client is recruiting an Engineering Stores/ Warehouse Operative to join their team in Westport, Co. Mayo on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Follow site policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work to GMP and good documentation standards in all daily activities.
- Receive, log, and distribute deliveries using the site ERP system.
- Issue materials for maintenance work orders and support stock location requests.
- Keep accurate store records, including high-value items and key control.
- Carry out regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready Engineering Stores area.
- Process supplier returns as required.
- Keep all training and forklift licences up to date (where applicable).
- Safely handle and move materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced Warehouse/ Engineering Stores.
- Previous training or use of Manual handling equipment
- Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel is essential
- Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
