Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is expanding their communications team. This Site Communications and Engagement specialist role will be initially for 6 months. There are ample opportunities to learn and progress within this growing team. Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in North Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan and execute a sustained calendar of communications and engagement activities aligned with business goals, including colleague events, performance updates, and community engagement initiatives.
Support site leadership with clear, effective communication aligned to business strategy.
Partner with HR on internal communications and engagement programs (e.g., employee surveys, workplace culture initiatives).
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
Provide communications support for change and transformation initiatives.
Track, report, and continuously improve the impact of communications and engagement efforts.
Coach internal stakeholders on effective communication practices.
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years' experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment.
Degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related discipline.
Experience with content management systems and design tools; comfortable working with external vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
Proficient in managing websites and digital content.
Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
