Collins McNicholas signs partnership with IT experts CompuStaff

Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR Services Group has signed a new partnership with IT recruitment specialists CompuStaff, based in Galway.
The deal will see CompuStaff work closely with Collins McNicholas’ Galway office to service the Western region.
CompuStaff was established by IT recruitment expert Ronan O’Sullivan and business manager Liam Delaney in October 2017, after they recognised the demand for a specialist IT consultancy to service the Western region. Geraldine Flanagan joined the company as a partner in April 2018 due to rapid growth in the market.
The three managing partners have over 60 years combined experience in IT recruitment and staffing and have worked with start-up projects, SMEs and large multi-national organisations. They have recruited people from graduate-level right through to executive placements and have provided staffing solutions to many companies operating in the IT-sphere along the Western seaboard.
New collaboration will see the two firms service the West’s IT sector
While many agencies cater to the IT market as one of many verticals in their business, Collins McNicholas is one of few agencies to operate in this function with a specialist company through its investment in CompuStaff.
