This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth by combining technical expertise with sales & business development. Identify new markets, manage customer relationships, and deliver tailored engineering solutions to grow revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Generate and convert leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Account Management: Manage key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Technical Support: Interpret drawings/specifications and provide expert recommendations.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Support target-setting and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Market Engagement: Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Level 8 Degree in Engineering.
  • Technical: Proficient in 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Experience: 10+ years in a technical engineering role, ideally with sales or business development experience.
