This is a great opportunity for a Sales Engineer to grow and develop the Industrial Air business in Ireland by building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering end-to-end customer success. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, shaping customer solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new markets and sales channels.
- Prepare proposals and deliver product/solution presentations.
- Manage customer projects from solution design through handover.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and provide technical advice.
- Support sales via demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations.
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Record sales activity and contribute to national business growth.
- Spend ~60% of time in the field identifying opportunities and building relationships.
Required Experience & Attributes
- Proven sales experience; preference for Compressor and Air Treatment sectors.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to challenge assumptions and improve solutions.
- Proactive, positive, “can-do” mindset.
- Customer-centric with excellent questioning and listening skills.
- Effective workload and priority management.
- Accountability for outcomes; resilient and learning-oriented.
