My client, an industry-leading provider of premium mini and midi bus solutions, is seeking an energetic and results-driven Area Manager to join their growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to develop and grow the Irish market for a diverse range of PSV (Public Service Vehicles) sourced from top European manufacturers, supported by a dedicated team of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the Midlands and Southern regions of Ireland for the client’s range of PSV vehicles, including brands such as EVM, Carbus, Erener, Ferqui, Altas, and Anadolu Isuzu.
  • Promote the full range of vehicles and identify sales opportunities within the existing customer database and beyond.
  • Manage your time effectively using Pinnacle CRM and Office 365, ensuring all customer communications and sales activities are logged and tracked.
  • Schedule and conduct visits to prospective clients, delivering engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular, structured contact.
  • Listen to customer requirements to propose tailored solutions and provide accurate quotations.
  • Process orders and complete all necessary documentation in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Represent the business at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations.
  • Confidently and enthusiastically deliver vehicle handovers to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services that add value for the customer.
  • Maintain all necessary driving licenses to facilitate vehicle movements.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the coach, bus, or commercial vehicle sector in Ireland.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Pinnacle) and Office 365.
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to obtain relevant additional licenses as required.
  • Availability for some weekend events and exhibitions.
