We are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a well-established civil engineering contractor. This is a hybrid role; the ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin region, supporting multiple live projects across Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost management, budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of BOQs, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Contract administration and subcontractor management
- Tendering, procurement and commercial reporting
- Liaising with project managers, site teams and external stakeholders
- Maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and QS software
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
