Project Manager – QMS & IT Program

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical cross-functional program impacting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and supporting IT applications within a highly regulated environment.

This role will play a key part in delivering a major 2026 initiative for our Medical Devices client, focused on streamlining, optimizing, and standardizing key business processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and system performance.


The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead a multi-workstream program that impacts Quality, IT, and Operations. You will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery within defined timelines.

You will be supported by:

  • 2 x IT Quality Engineers
  • A dedicated Process Optimization Team

This is a high-visibility role with significant organizational impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a cross-functional QMS and IT program
  • Drive process mapping, optimization, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Quality, IT, and Operations
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables
  • Provide structured reporting and updates to leadership
  • Ensure alignment with corporate quality and regulatory requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ Project Management experience within a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, diagnostics, or similar)
  • Experience delivering quality system or IT system–related projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments

Desirable:

  • Experience with QMS implementations or upgrades
  • Exposure to system validation or compliance-driven projects
