We have a new opening for a Project Manager – our client as part of their expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team onsite their facility in County Meath. This role offers the opportunity to work on small and large-scale projects across Ireland. Ideally are looking for someone from and Engineering or Construction background.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and project resources while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from inception to client handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, costs, and resources.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring specifications, planning, deployment, and close-out are executed effectively.
- Lead and guide project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Supervise Site Managers, ensuring on-site work is delivered efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular site progress meetings and provide detailed reports.
- Ensure contract variations are properly documented and claimed.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline project execution.
- Prepare client quotations and manage project-related invoices and payments.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, or Site Supervision, Site Management,
- Engineering qualification (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (advantageous).
