We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, drive strategic growth, and inspire a high-performing team for a well-established fire protection services provider based in Dublin 12.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, compliance, customer service, and financial performance. Your mission will be to ensure continued excellence in service delivery while spearheading initiatives to scale the business and seize new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage all operational functions of the company
· Drive business growth and identify new market opportunities
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
· Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
· Foster a strong, engaged team culture and support staff development
· Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery
· Report directly to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a senior management role ideally within a technical regulated setting
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
· In-depth understanding of operational processes and industry compliance
· Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets
· A strategic mindset with a hands-on, practical approach
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Relevant technical or business qualifications
