Elevate HR Mentoring Programme
Supporting HR professionals across the West of Ireland through connection and HR mentoring.
ElevateHR is a group mentoring initiative designed to advance the HR profession in the West of Ireland, strengthen the voice of HR within organisations and equip HR leaders with the skills, perspectives and networks needed to thrive in a changing business landscape.
The ElevateHR Mentoring Programme is designed to support HR professionals in Enterprise Ireland and IDA client companies across the West of Ireland. Over the course of the initiative, selected mentees will participate in themed group mentoring sessions, guided by experienced HR leaders. The programme includes 4-6 group sessions between February and September, a launch and 'Celebration of Learning' event. To ensure this initiative is a valuable learning experience, participants must attend at least 4 of the 6 mentor group sessions to be invited to the Celebration of Learning event. We also ask that your line manager supports your participation in this initiative. Places are limited (approximately 5 mentees per group) and matching will be based on development goals and theme preferences. Industry and experience levels will also be considered when grouping mentees with mentors.
