Recruitment Methodology

We arrange a pre-recruitment consultation with your business to discuss and design a bespoke approach to your next hire. Each executive appointment can require a tailor-made solution e.g. sensitive search/confidential hiring to creating dual-branded recruitment and advertising campaign for awareness in the market. Our solutions range from search/profiling, headhunting, confidential hiring to managing a publically branded campaign on your behalf and set out a framework to hire.

Delivery

Our Recruitment framework outlines the agreed schedule of work whereby the time to hire and expectations are set. We will manage the process and allocate dedicated time to ensure delivery on all sourcing/recruitment activities to supporting interview schedules to the offer stage. Our progress will be regularly communicated - we essentially project manage all stages in the process and issue weekly status reports for a “real-time” view of our activity.
