Glasson is a small town just 8km outside of Athlone centre. It is a popular living place for many who work in Athlone, with a less than 20 minute commute.

Located near the banks of Lough Ree, Glasson is the perfect place for you to live peacefully and still be close enough to work in Athlone town. There are plenty of housing estates in the area as well as sports clubs and local businesses. In your free time here you can visit The Waterstown House which is the historical centre of Glasson, or enjoy activities in and around Lough Ree.
