The Company had a specific requirement for a number of Specialist Science professionals. As a long-standing trusted partner, the Company reached out to Collins McNicholas for a solution. We proposed a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model for the volume hiring of Specialist Scientists (20+ hires) and this was rolled out immediately and delivered over a 4-month period.
Scope of RPO Offering
A 'Statement of Work' was agreed by both parties. Collins McNicholas then provided an 'End to End' RPO model for an integrated and seamless hiring experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates. The RPO steps were rolled out aligning to the Company's internal Talent Acquisition process.

Conclusion
This project has been hugely successful for both parties involved. The commitment from both sides to develop a true partnership was the cornerstone of the project's success.
