Measures an individual’s level of competence using Microsoft Word. This is intended for use where a predetermined skill level in Microsoft Word is required upon entry to the role. The assessment can be administered at a basic, intermediate or advanced level depending on role requirements.
Microsoft Excel
Measures an individual’s level of competence using Microsoft Excel. This is intended for use where a predetermined skill level in Microsoft Excel is required upon entry to the role. The assessment can be administered at a basic, intermediate or advanced level depending on role requirements.
Typing
Measures an individual’s speed and accuracy when typing. This is intended for use where typing is one of the main tasks of an individual’s role. The assessment can be used to ensure individuals have a prerequired competence in typing upon entry to the role.
