Production Supervisor

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a talented cross-functional team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Mentor and coach Production Team Members to unlock their full potential, fostering a culture of growth and development.

  • Own the day-to-day management of KPIs, driving actionable insights and coordinating seamlessly with support functions.

  • Champion World Class Manufacturing initiatives, from process enhancements to practical problem-solving, ensuring our operations set the standard for excellence.

  • Promote a culture of Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) and uphold rigorous health and safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of our team.

  • Lead transformative projects that push the boundaries of innovation and elevate our production capabilities to new heights.

  • Align shift activities with operational goals, fostering a cohesive and goal-oriented work environment.

  • Collaborate closely with Shift Leads to drive daily actions and optimize key metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, coupled with a strong grasp of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.

  • Previous experience leading and coaching teams is essential.

  • Green belt certification is a distinct advantage.

  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to embrace new methodologies, coupled with the ability to independently drive their implementation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a deep appreciation for world-class manufacturing tools and techniques.

  • Must be computer proficient. Familiarity with systems such as JDE, DAS, and Geneo is desirable.
