Warehouse Manager

The Job:

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a high tech manufacturing company in Newbridge whom has significant investment and growth plans for their highly automated contract manufacturing site.

The Warehouse Manager as part of the wider Supply Chain team will manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations managing 12 staff members across 2 warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Safety Intervention plans to quick resolution both urgent and systemic.
  • Develop and deliver sustainable actions from High Risk Task Assessment
  • Leading material inbound processes on site.
  • Partner with Suppliers and PSC to ensure material sufficiency.
  • Warehouse goods receipt and replenishment processes work effectively.
  • Point of escalation for any issues on Goods Receipt.
  • Supporting Production execution processes and Stock Checks, responsible for the department having a robust system for inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting Outbound Logistics team to load trucks on time and delivery to customers on time and in full.
  • Ownership of plant transport and warehouse spend including plan for future material handling equipment, external warehouse, pallet supply and general warehouse expense.
  • Drive the Safety Intervention plans to quick resolution both urgent and systemic.
  • Continuous Improvement on Material Inventory, reviewing opportunities to optimise the storage on site and in external warehouse.


  • Experience leading a warehouse operation and experience managing a team. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Self Driven and Results Oriented with a positive outlook and high standards for Safety and Quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage a department organization consisting of both day and shift individuals.
  • Has strong system skills and comfortable managing and analysing data. Being highly proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Has strong technical and analytical skills
  • Proven ability successfully implement change and drive long term innovation and cost saving improvements.
  • Has excellent communication skills both to organisation and to leadership
