Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation based in Athlone, is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can support both warehouse operations and logistics activities.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming stock and equipment

Maintain inventory records and support stock control processes

Prepare and dispatch equipment to field-based personnel nationwide

Coordinate deliveries and collections, ensuring timely fulfilment

Process returned equipment and maintain accurate asset tracking records

Complete all warehouse, dispatch, and transport documentation

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements

Must have experience working in a similar warehousing, stores or inventory management role previously

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Full clean driving licence (essential)
