Transfer Agency Senior Analyst

Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Agency Senior Analyst to join their Registration Team in Limerick. This position is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The Transfer Agency department provides third-party administration services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder services including dealing, registration, finance and investor services.

The Registration Team is responsible for creating new investment records and maintaining existing client, investor and agent records according to regulatory, compliance and operational requirements. This is a hybrid role – 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key Requirements:

  • Perform daily processing tasks, including quality checks and assurance.

  • Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues to the India Transfer Agency team.

  • Monitor processing quality and timeliness in Bangalore, liaising with local management as needed.

  • Coordinate client reporting on outstanding registration requirements.

  • Manage and analyse workflow queues.

  • Meet monthly KPIs.

  • Maintain procedures according to the change control process.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and meet client-specific processing requirements.

  • Collaborate with the team, internal departments, and group projects on assigned initiatives.

  • Maintain appropriate segregation of duties controls at all times.

  • Uphold high standards of conduct, demonstrating integrity in all duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous Transfer Agency/Client Servicing experience is highly desirable.

  • Prior financial services experience.

  • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to make improvements and implement same.

  • Effective risk management.

  • Customer Service experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
