Transfer Agency Analyst

An exciting opportunity has come our way with our client. Our client is an industry-leading multinational with offices in both Dublin and Limerick. They are looking to bring on a Transfer Agency Analyst for a fixed-term contract. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate with an interest in Financial Services and someone who has worked in a busy environment in the past.

Key Responsibilities: (Full job spec available upon request)

  • Responding to customer queries via phone or email.

  • Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures.

  • Act as a buddy/mentor to new team members when required.

  • Ensure your own tasks and responsibilities are completed within the correct time scales.

  • Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.

Key Requirments:

  • Minimum 1-year contact centre experience handling call and written correspondence (Email workflow tool desirable).

  • Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills are essential.

  • Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries.

  • Excellent Communication Skills (listening skills, oral communication skills, information sharing and written communication skills).

  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
